Borah Teamwear seeks a part-time entry-level Graphic Designer/Production Artist to join their creative team in Coon Valley, Wisconsin.

At Borah Teamwear, we create high-performance custom sportswear for cycling, Nordic skiing, triathlon, and other endurance sports. As a Production Artist, you’ll play a key role in bringing athletes’ visions to life, designing apparel that blends style, functionality, and performance. A passion for outdoor sports and an understanding of athletes’ unique needs are highly valued in this role. We foster a creative, collaborative, and supportive work environment, providing the tools, mentorship, and resources you need to grow and succeed—all while contributing to the production of top-quality custom sportswear.

WHAT WE OFFER.

  • $18.00 – $20.00 per hour starting pay based on your knowledge and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

  • Create Custom Designs. Assist in designing top-quality sports apparel using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Inspire & Guide Customers. Help teams create unique, eye-catching designs for their custom gear.
  • Ensure Quality & Accuracy. Proof final artwork to meet Borah’s high standards.
  • Manage Work Orders & Deadlines. Use ERP software to track designs and stay on schedule.
  • Learn Pantone & Dye-Sublimation Printing. Get hands-on experience with industry techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Team. Work closely with Account Managers, Marketing, and other departments.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

  • A passion for design and a love for outdoor sports.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)—we’ll provide training if needed.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • A background and/or education in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred, but we welcome talent from all backgrounds.
