As an Associate Servicing Communication Specialist, you'll provide excellent client care by perceptively answering any inquiries from clients via phone, chat, email or other mediums.

About the Role

1. Effectively communicate with all parties using written and verbal communication methods
2. Give every client the best client service in the industry
3. Answer general loan servicing inquiries
4. Expertly handle fee collection and recovery when applicable within the servicing lifecycle
5. Provide technology navigation support
6. Understand how the different teams in servicing impact the client experience and can change communication tactics based on the information received
7. Find solutions using available resources
8. Identify patterns and trends that impact the client experience and communicate findings
9. Consistently meet minimum quality and production metrics
10. Be available to work 10am – 7pm

About You

1. 1 year of client service representative experience
2. Foundational knowledge of mortgage servicing industry
3. Knowledge of all applicable internal platforms
