Position Overview

This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and manage online communities, create compelling content, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing team to ensure a strong connection with our target audience and deliver impactful campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer retention.
  • Manage and grow BDV Solutions’ online communities across social media platforms, forums, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and discussions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging content tailored to our audience.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for brand advocacy, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Analyze community insights and social media performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to drive brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance BDV Solutions’ digital presence.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record of managing online communities and increasing engagement.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with immigration or employment-based sponsorship industries is a plus.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media marketing, or related fields.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
