Our client is a leading U.S.-based retail company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their customers. This role supports the Packaging and Product Development teams, ensuring seamless execution of high-volume projects. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and precision, they consistently deliver exceptional results across their operations. Currently, they are looking to add a Temp Creative Project Coordinator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $30/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temp Creative Project Coordinator to support high-volume packaging projects from inception to delivery. This role is essential in assisting with coordination between stakeholders and helping manage creative workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Temp Creative Project Coordinator:

  1. Support the management of packaging requests from briefing to final delivery, ensuring project milestones are tracked.
  2. Receive and input project requests from merchants into the workflow management system.
  3. Monitor the progress of creative asset requests, flagging issues and risks to the appropriate teams.
  4. Assist in maintaining clear communication between partners and stakeholders, providing updates on project statuses.
  5. Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards, escalating issues when necessary.
  6. Use project management tools to keep workflows organized and efficient.

Required Experience/Skills for the Temp Creative Project Coordinator:

  1. Some experience in packaging, print, or creative project coordination, ideally supporting high-volume creative projects.
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  3. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams.
  6. Familiarity with retail packaging and/or print design is a plus.

Education Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree is required.
