Rossen Law Firm, Fort Lauderdale, FL, United States, 33336

Save Job

We’re Not Looking for a Social Media Manager—We’re Looking for a Brand Builder & Hustler! This is NOT your typical social media content creator job. If you’re looking for a comfortable, slow-paced, work-life balance job—do not apply. If you’re someone who lives and breathes social media, thrives on making people go viral, and wants to turn a local law firm and attorney into a celebrity brand—this is for you. This is your opportunity to build something legendary.

Responsibilities:

We don’t just want to “do social media.” We want to dominate it. We want to make our founder and visionary the #1 most recognized criminal defense attorney in Florida—and you will be the person who makes that happen. Your job?

  1. Take us from great to unavoidable.
  2. Make our content so good, people can’t ignore us.
  3. Build viral legal content that educates, engages, and converts.
  4. Flood the internet with high-value, high-visibility content—daily.

If you’ve ever thought, “If only someone gave me full control, I could blow this brand up,”—this is it.

What You’ll Own & Execute:

  1. Be the Architect of Adam’s Personal Brand – You’re not just managing social media; you’re crafting a narrative, a movement, a recognizable force.
  2. Create & Post Viral Content Every Day – 4-5 short-form videos daily (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), 5+ Instagram stories, plus tweets, carousels, and long-form content.
  3. Work Directly with Adam – You’re in the room, capturing real moments, creating social-first content, and ensuring his presence online is unmatched.
  4. Own Our Social Media Channels – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook—you’re in charge of the entire strategy.
  5. Jump on Trends & News Instantly – Spot viral moments, react fast, and keep our brand ahead of the conversation.
  6. Engage & Build a Community – Every comment, every DM, every piece of content turns into engagement, clients, and referrals.
  7. Collaborate with Influencers & Media – Leverage partnerships, interviews, and media appearances to grow our reach.
  8. Optimize & Track Performance – This isn’t just posting—analyzing, optimizing, and ensuring our reach explodes. We measure success by real impact, not effort.

Qualifications:

  1. You’re an A-player– you are not looking for chill but for impact.
  2. You’ve had at least 3 years of experience in content creation, including producing and editing video content.
  3. You Have a Strong Desire to Learn the Law – You don’t need to be a lawyer, but you should be obsessed with understanding the legal world so you can create smarter, more impactful content.
  4. You Want to Make Complex Legal Topics Engaging – You know how to turn dry legal concepts into viral, high-impact content.
  5. You Can Speak with Authority on Legal Issues (After Researching) – You’re comfortable reading, summarizing, and presenting legal topics in a way that educates and engages our audience.
  6. You’ve Built a Brand Before – You’ve turned a nobody into a digital name for yourself or someone else.
  7. You’re an Absolute Hustler – You don’t wait for assignments—you see the opportunity, take action, and execute.
  8. You Think Big & Move Fast – You can go from idea to execution in hours, not weeks.
  9. You Are Comfortable on Camera – Whether capturing content or being in it, you know how to show up.
  10. You Understand What Makes Content Blow Up – You know how to write hooks, edit videos, and structure content for maximum reach.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
