Job Description

Working as a part of a team of designers including a lead to create marketing components for a large investment brokerage team.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing material, infusing creativity into base templates.
  • Craft presentation materials within the company.
  • Design elements such as book of values, tour books, etc.
  • Responsible for the layout, design, and production activities to produce quality graphic-design artwork.
  • May contact in-house or outside vendors to verify specifications.

Years’ Experience Required: 2+ Years of experience

Education Requirements: Bachelor of Fine Arts

Systems/Software Proficiencies: InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver, MS Suite.

Top 5 Must-have Skills:

  • Strong skills in InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver.
  • Strong skills in MS PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with MS Excel.
  • Basic project management, editing, and writing skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
  • Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles.

Top 3 Nice to Have Skills:

  • Real estate industry experience
  • Marketing knowledge
