Responsibilities

Influencer & Ambassador Coordination

  • Support strategies and campaigns for influencers and ambassadors.
  • Identify and onboard domestic and international influencers/ambassadors aligned with the company’s niche.
  • Recommend emerging talent to expand the network.
  • Assist in negotiating and finalizing contracts.
  • Conduct comparative analysis of performance metrics, achievements, and ROI (including competitor analysis).
  • Research target audiences, competitors, and industry experts to optimize partnerships.
  • Ensure all influencers/ambassadors adhere to contractual obligations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with social media influencers and ambassadors.

Collaboration & Event Management

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align influencer efforts with overall campaigns.
  • Represent the brand at events, enhancing networking opportunities and brand visibility.
  • Support photoshoots, travel arrangements, booth schedules, and personalized meals for influencers/ambassadors.
  • Coordinate visa arrangements and travel itineraries.

Content & Product Management

  • Contribute to content creation by developing ideas, writing, and producing materials.
  • Schedule and provide individual itineraries for influencers/ambassadors.
  • Manage product/clothing orders and distribution to influencers/ambassadors.
  • Process payments and reimbursements efficiently.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and report social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign success.
  • Communicate updates, concerns, and feedback to management.
  • Participate in weekly marketing meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

Qualifications

  • BS in Marketing, Communications, or similar areas of study.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
  • Professional demeanor with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Global perspective and cultural awareness to manage diverse influencers/ambassadors.
  • Research skills and a strong ability to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience to handle challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with energy and enthusiasm.
