Responsibilities:

1. Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies.
2. Regularly update social media and respond to followers.
3. Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization.
4. Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written.
5. Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field.
2. 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required.
3. Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
4. Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations.
5. Advanced knowledge of current market trends.

Compensation:

$16 - $20 hourly
