Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our client's marketing team. This role will focus on managing social media platforms, driving e-commerce conversions, and supporting influencer marketing initiatives for a leading fashion brand.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and curate content across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Oversee product links and shoppable content to boost sales
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and DMs while maintaining the brand voice
- Organize and manage digital assets for campaigns
- Assist with influencer marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and social media best practices
Must-Haves:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in the fashion industry)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of social commerce and platform-specific best practices
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Dash Hudson)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A keen eye for fashion and visual storytelling
