- Monitor and analyze performance on all social media platforms, providing recommendations and reports to the CMO.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithms to optimize content reach.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and discussions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to ensure social media campaigns align with larger marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and manage advertising budgets.
- Track social media metrics and performance data to assess ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
