STUDIO MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Studio Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving new membership sales targets through strategic community outreach, in-studio lead generation, and member referrals. Working under the ownership team and with support from the corporate team, the Studio Manager plays a key leadership role in all aspects of the business.
This role requires the ability to cultivate strong relationships with both prospective and existing members to foster a loyal and engaged community. The Studio Manager’s expertise spans sales, marketing, and operations, all while upholding the company’s mission to create an energetic and motivating group fitness experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and exceed studio revenue and membership sales goals
- Lead and train team members on effective sales processes
- Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups
- Drive grassroots and social media marketing initiatives to attract new members
- Provide exceptional customer service and member engagement to enhance retention
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Utilize studio management software, CRM, and POS systems to track performance and operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in fitness membership sales or a similar recurring membership service
- Proven ability to generate personal sales and train a team on sales strategies
- Strong networking and partnership-building skills
- Passion for fitness and commitment to fostering a supportive community
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in person, phone, and email)
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, punctual, and reliable with a high level of integrity
- Proficiency in CRM, POS, and other studio management software
A competitive base salary ($65,000-$75,000), up to $100,000 in upside potential, and comprehensive benefits.
