Assistant Studio Manager Hollywood Job at Hot 8 Yoga in Los Angeles

Hot 8 Yoga prides ourselves on being the hottest, cleanest, and most connected yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Assistant Managers who love Yoga to join our company!

Hot 8 Yoga offers 7 different class styles: Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin, and 26&2.

Responsibilities Fall Within The Following Buckets

Grow Community

1. Set and achieve sales goals - make 1 sale per shift
2. Track retention, conversion, attrition
3. Track sales and grow community

Hire & Develop Staff

1. Interview, hire and train front desk staff (TEAM8s)
2. Quarterly check-ins with staff
3. Oversee Shift Leaders

Clean & Maintain Studio

1. Oversee inventory
2. Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
3. Address day-to-day maintenance needs

Administration

1. Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
2. Processing payroll
3. Attend monthly Continuing Education meetings

Candidates Must Exhibit

1. Eagerness to develop staff
2. Strong communication skills
3. Ability to give and receive feedback
4. Keen attention to detail and organizational skills in all areas of work

Benefits

1. Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance up to $500/month

Previous Management Experience Is Required.

Candidates are preferred to have a 200-hour RYT certificate and teach classes on the schedule.
