As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for building usable, enjoyable and accessible end-to-end user experiences. You'll participate in all phases of the UX design process, from project discovery, planning, and participating in user research to high fidelity, interactive prototype design. You will work closely with product and engineering on delivery and tracking the impact.
What you will do:
- Deeply understand the customer needs, existing experience, and opportunity
- Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
- Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
- Partner closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user
- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior
- Adhere to brand and style standards on typography and graphic design
- Create an experience that takes complex topics and makes them easy to understand while creating delightful interactions that help customers change their behaviors
What you will bring:
- A bachelor's degree and 2-4+ years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services. Work experience in financial services is a plus but not mandatory
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both responsive web, iOS, Android
- An obsession for simplifying complex experiences and using design to remove customer friction
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Success working extremely closely with product managers and engineers
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- A growth mindset to learn more about different customers and business lines, different methods, and different processes
- Adaptability to jump into a project in different phases

Base Salary Range
$77,900.00 - $110,000.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
