Part-Time Schedule:

  • Ability to work 5 evenings/week – Hours: 4:05pm to 9:00pm (WA/CA/CO - 4:05pm – 8:00pm)

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

  • Strong willingness to learn tech and sales or prior sales and/or tech experience in any industry.
  • A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) for transportation use to/from customer visits. Service appointments are located in neighborhoods and cities surrounding inventory warehouse(s), maximum expected travel distance is 120 miles one way.
  • Use of personal cellphone (no older than 3 models to the most recent model) - to keep you in the know, while on the job.
  • Comfort working around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in customer homes.

What you'll do as a Field Tech Sales Expert:

Building relationships and selling upgraded solutions is what our Experts do best. They'll deliver and service devices within 24 hours and sell Asurion smart home related products.

  • Provide superior service and products to deliver each customer with the best experience they can get with their technology.
  • Provide in-person device setup and technical support for customers' smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
  • Meet with customers face to face at their homes.
  • Always upsell Asurion smart home and other products.
  • Achieve sales and service goals and grow as a result of feedback and coaching.
  • Through interactions with customers, our experts demonstrate integrity in serving, solving, and selling with expectations to listen to the customer’s needs, provide accurate information, and conduct themselves in a way that is consistent with Asurion's values.
  • Travel daily to and from the job site and several customer locations, possibly in heavy traffic and bad weather.
