We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design user-friendly interfaces, and ensure that our products provide exceptional experiences.

Responsibility

• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to illustrate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and graphic designers to implement user-centric solutions.
• Perform usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across all products.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design practices.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems creatively.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing for diverse user groups.
• Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.
