The Role
As a Loan Writer at Nest, you will be the key link between clients and lenders, ensuring loans progress smoothly from approval to settlement. There is no micromanagement—you will have the freedom to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
Your key deliverables include:
- Delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships with clients and lenders
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors
- Preparing and organising loan applications
- Communicating with clients throughout the process
- Making sure that lending regulations have been met
About You
You will ideally have New Zealand experience in banking or loan writing, with a knack for building strong relationships that leave a positive impact. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure helps you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are an early adopter of new technology, and your communication skills are top-notch. Most importantly, you are a relationship builder who collaborates with clients, lenders, and the Nest Home Loans team to help clients achieve the home ownership dream.
