Responsibilities:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Requirements:

• You must have an active Property & Casualty Insurance license to apply.
• Experience with Allstate is preferred.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
