A growing property management firm is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist in the daily operation of our 140 unit property, The Village of Johnson Creek in Arlington TX.

Responsibilities of a Assistant Manager;

  • Be comfortable touring the property and presenting apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
  • Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
  • Validate application information and references.
  • Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

  • 3+ years in Multifamily property management, proven track record of success
  • Strong admin and communication skills.
  • LIHTC experience, required
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Yardi experience, strongly preferred
  • Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test

COMPENSATION:

  • $20-25/Hr. depending on role and experience.
  • Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities
