As our Content Marketing Manager, you’ll drive content and lead generation strategies to grow brand awareness, boost engagement, and optimize digital ad campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally to create high-converting content, manage paid media, and track KPIs to ensure success.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel content marketing strategies (social media, blogs, email, and paid ads).
  • Create engaging copy for ads, landing pages, and lead-generation campaigns that convert.
  • Manage and analyze paid digital advertising across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize SEO, PPC, and social media engagement to enhance reach and conversion rates.
  • Track and report on KPIs to measure campaign success and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with design, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma or GED, high education preferred but not necessary.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital advertising.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, blogs, and social media captions.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to generate and nurture leads through digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, analytics, and leadership teams.

Physical Requirements

This role primarily involves computer-based work in an office environment. However, some light physical activity may be required:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on marketing campaigns and analyzing performance data.
  • Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) for event materials, marketing collateral, or office supplies.
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (computer, keyboard, mouse, etc.).
  • Ability to attend in-person meetings, industry events, and team conferences as needed.
