The Pitch
We are seeking an Associate Creative Director to support our creative team and agencys vision while helping drive the overall creative strategy for client projects. In this role, you will use your agency experience and deep understanding of cutting-edge marketing campaigns to develop innovative concepts and execute them seamlessly across digital, social, and experiential platforms.
You possess a hands-on leadership style, with the ability to guide projects from ideation through to executionwhether it's a campaign shoot, an experiential activation, or a social-first initiative. With a strong grasp of industry trends and a focus on continuous improvement and creative solutions. You're committed to pushing creative boundaries and elevating the work at every opportunity and a "How can we make this better?" mindset.
As Associate Creative Director, you will support/manage aspects of the creative process and collaborate closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership team. You will ensure that designers, producers, and account teams are empowered to deliver impactful, client-aligned work that stands out in todays fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our creative team with clear communication & motivation. Always push to elevate the skill level of more junior members of the team.
- Direct the design and development of creative assets for multiple projects ensuring that deliverables are produced on time & achieve clients marketing objectives.
- Ideate fresh new creative concepts for assets related to social media and digital marketing (static images, motion, gifs, memes, microvideos).
- Work alongside the production team leads to ensure the on-time delivery of creative while taking into consideration the deadlines of multiple projects and budgetary constraints.
- Social fluency; know how to drive conversation and engagement across existing and emerging social platforms.
- Well-built leadership qualities, including a team building approach, problem solving and client focused attitude.
- Process and circulate client feedback with the ability to make adjustments and suggestions on the spot while collaborating with clients.
- Interpersonal skills that aid in fostering better communication with clients and colleagues
- Energy, enthusiasm, flexibility, hustle, hunger and a curious attitude that is consistently seeking out creative opportunities above and beyond the day-to-day asks.
- Have knowledge of social platforms, social landscape, digital media outlets, with experience creating work for all the above.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing creative services within a marketing, advertising, or entertainment-focused agency, or a combination of agency/vendor side experience.
- A diverse and robust portfolio that showcases innovative work across digital, social, and experiential platforms.
- Deep familiarity with producing assets for digital distribution including static and motion graphics
- Creative conceptual thinking and the ability to bring groundbreaking ideas to brainstorms.
- Experience guiding projects from ideation through to execution.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate strategic concepts into compelling creative ideas to clients and internal teams.A passion for entertainment, pop culture, and an in-depth understanding of digital and social media platforms.
- A self-starter attitude and ability to take responsibility and ownership of a project
- Able to take direction and run with it to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless remote collaboration, communication, and access to digital assets/resources.
