As a residential landscape sales designer in White Lake Township - Highland Hills MI area:

Meet with residential clients from company generated leads, or your own professional network to develop high-end clientele.

Translate customer into design including: retaining walls, hardscapes, decks and plantings.

Develop, recommend, present designs and estimates, closing the ultimate installation sale.

Salary $65 - $75K plus commission with earning potential of $150k+.

Required

Sales experience is preferred. No cold calling leads generated by our 40+ years of excellence are provided. Networking and referral client lead development skills considered a plus.

10 years minimum landscape design and construction experience

Excel and Microsoft Office experience required

Ability to create pencil sketch designs to scale - translated by company to CAD/3D

Degree in landscape architecture, construction OR related field preferred
