Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external marketing partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination & Strategy
Collaborate with third-party marketing agencies and vendors to execute digital and print marketing campaigns.
Assist in deploying and maintaining a cohesive marketing strategy to support business growth.
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and corporate identity across all marketing materials.
Trade Show & Event Management
Plan and coordinate trade show participation including logistics, promotional materials, and travel arrangements.
Manage event-related communications, lead capture strategies, and post-show follow-ups.
Research and recommend relevant industry events to enhance company visibility.
Digital & E-Commerce Support
Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring accurate product listings and engaging content for composite curing systems and aerospace composite materials.
Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, SEO, PPC, and social media content.
Monitor website analytics and marketing KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Print & Advertising Coordination
Oversee the production and distribution of print marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, technical datasheets, and promotional giveaways.
Coordinate advertising placements in industry publications, online platforms, and other media channels.
Work with graphic designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives and promotional materials.
Market Research & Customer Engagement
Assist with competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities related to company products and market segments.
Support customer engagement initiatives, including surveys, testimonials, and case studies.
Assist in developing marketing collateral tailored to various international markets.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
Maintain marketing budgets and track expenses for trade shows, digital campaigns, and print materials.
Generate reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and sales trends to measure marketing effectiveness.
Organize and manage the marketing content library, ensuring easy access for internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools including CRM software and website CMS (e.g., Tradeit, WordPress, Shopify).
Experience coordinating trade shows and managing event logistics.
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
