The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive consumer strategy that drives enrollment, increases utilization, and enhances member satisfaction. This role involves leading a team of marketers, including campaign strategists and engagement consultants, and working closely with cross-functional leaders in technology, product, security, and data. The VP will be at the forefront of creating and optimizing enrollment and lifecycle marketing journeys, devising acquisition strategies, and implementing behavior-based marketing tactics across various channels. Additionally, the role includes external client and partner value creation, as well as leading consumer engagement product management and team leadership. To excel in this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 15 years in consumer engagement leadership and 10 years in running a communications platform. A strong background in digital consumer transformation, data-driven marketing, and a proven track record in acquiring new clients is essential. The role requires expertise in CRM, consumer segmentation, and the ability to lead a central communication platform with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be adept at decision-making, and have experience in leading a professional services offering.
