We are actively seeking a Senior Communications Executive to spearhead our communication initiatives, enhancing our brand and reputation within the clean power sector. The ideal candidate will craft and execute innovative communication and content strategies that resonate with our mission and objectives, focusing on reputation management, advocacy efforts, and member engagement.
The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with the ability to drive communication excellence, manage a diverse communication portfolio, and collaborate with our executive team to guide the organization's strategic direction.
Responsibilities include overseeing integrated marketing teams, directing impactful marketing campaigns, and ensuring all communication activities align with our programming and mission.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is highly desirable. Candidates should possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles related to public relations, corporate communications, and marketing, with a strong background in political campaigns, government, or public affairs being essential. A robust network of media contacts is crucial for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid record of building and mentoring high-performing teams, along with the capability to provide strategic guidance on media relations, crisis management, and regulatory affairs. This role demands exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, ensuring the organization maintains a consistent and influential presence in key markets.
