A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is highly desirable. Candidates should possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles related to public relations, corporate communications, and marketing, with a strong background in political campaigns, government, or public affairs being essential. A robust network of media contacts is crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid record of building and mentoring high-performing teams, along with the capability to provide strategic guidance on media relations, crisis management, and regulatory affairs.
