Top Candidates Will Have:
- 3+ years of RealPage experience
- 5+ years of Multi-Site, Regional Manager, or Large Property Manager (450+ units) experience
- A knack for numbers and finding ways to get your property leased up
- Performance-driven, an eye for detail, and self-starter approach
- Have a positive attitude and be able to train and motivate your team members
- Experience building marketing plans and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Leadership skills with a focus on building and mentoring a solid team of high performers.
- Customer Service orientated
- A high performer in online positive resident reviews
- Organized and able to process and delegate administrative work to be completed timely
- Evening and weekend work required occasionally
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the formulation of budgets and business plans for each upcoming calendar year
- Maintain budgeted physical and economic occupancy throughout the year
- Ensure all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner
- Constant vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billing, vendors relations, and certificates of insurance
- Approve and submit all invoices-Hire, train, motivate, and supervise all on-site staff in order to achieve operational goals of your property
- Conduct on-going training with staff and regular staff meetings
- Maintain positive customer service attitude and provide top-notch customer service to all residents, prospects, and vendors
- Attend resident retention activities-Monitor all maintenance activies
- Physically walk and inspect property on a regular basis
- Onesite, and Doc Management Experience a plus
