Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Creator at ELIOT Group. In this role, you’ll develop engaging content that showcases our agency’s expertise, highlights influencer collaborations, and strengthens the presence of our top K-Beauty and K-Skincare brand partners. You will be responsible for developing authentic content that captures our brand’s personality and resonates with our audience. You will also take on a leadership role, managing multiple platforms, overseeing content strategy, and ensuring seamless execution across various projects.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1-2+ years of relevant social media experience.
  • Thorough technical understanding of the primary social platforms in the space (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Basic skills in photography, videography, video editing, and basic graphic design (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Proven track record in creating engaging short-form content.
  • Excellent communication skills, project management, and superior writing and grammar skills.
  • Proactive, assertive, collaborative and resourceful with strong attention to detail.
  • Openness to working some nights and weekends, as social media is always on.
  • Professional working proficiency in Korean is preferred but not required.

Must be comfortable and natural in front of the camera. Applicants will be asked to include a portfolio submission or reel showcasing relevant on-camera work and short-form video projects.
