Our client is an independent agency looking to add a Senior Graphic Designer with strong Production chops to their team!

We're on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer who loves the art of design and has a detail-oriented mind for all things production. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of branding, and a passion for creating work that resonates, this could be a great fit for you! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—from initial design to production management/delivery—and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You'll Do:

You'll play a key role in shaping creative strategies and delivering impactful visual work across a range of industries. Whether it's branding, digital campaigns, or print materials, you'll bring fresh ideas, strong execution, and the ability to translate business goals into stunning design.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Leading and owning the design process from concept to execution across digital and print platforms.
  • Developing creative assets that align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Collaborating with clients, team members, and stakeholders to refine design ideas.
  • Owning and overseeing the production processes and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Contributing to branding efforts by developing brand guidelines and marketing assets.
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail and efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 6+ years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a mix of branding, digital, and print work.
  • Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and a deep understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout.
  • Eye for Detail: Whether it's a 50-page document, a motion graphic, or a social media post, you ensure everything is polished, error-free and on brand.
  • Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects while staying organized and meeting deadlines. Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities without supervision.
  • Creative Leadership: A natural collaborator who enjoys working with teams, contributing ideas, and articulating design decisions.
  • Production Knowledge and hands-on experience: Solid understanding of both digital and print production processes.
  • Branding Acumen: Skilled in maintaining brand and design consistency across all media (print or digital), whether a 52-page booklet, motion graphics for video intro/outro, or social media/digital ads.

Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:

We believe that great ideas come from diverse perspectives. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to do their best work. We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including those from underrepresented communities.
