Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Content Development: Create engaging content for various channels.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and enhance brand awareness.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Market Research: Identify trends and opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• On-campus presence required 3 days per week.
• High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
