Summary:

A premier real estate brokerage in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director. As Marketing Director, you will be primarily responsible for maximizing company exposure and promoting a positive company image through various marketing initiatives. It is important that you maintain relationships between agents and employees and build trust and communication throughout all departments. Successful candidates must provide high level marketing initiatives, have confidence in presenting marketing materials to agents and clients, and work well with all levels of internal management, staff, outside clients, and vendors. 

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, has professional experience in real estate, is reliable, task oriented, and capable of managing their workload while managing a team and delegating and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Sensitivity to confidential information is required.

Essential Functions:

· Review current marketing trends to determine effectiveness

· Innovation and creativity to create new strategies that will attract clients and agents

· Research and develop new relationships with publication outlets to provide greater visibility for the company

· Lead a successful marketing team that prioritizes communication, creativity, effectiveness, and support to agents

· Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns

· Create and maintain a successful brand image

· Generate meaningful marketing strategies for increased visibility to attract new clients and agents

· Collaborate with other executives to make high level decisions regarding budget and the direction of the company

· Attend recruitment meetings and present marketing collateral. 

· Outline strategy and timeline for company regarding PR roll out, publications, charity sponsorships, event attendance, etc.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent 7-10 years of relevant experience

· Experience in marketing, luxury, or branding role

· Ex cellent leadership and communication skills

· Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics

· Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners

· Manage marketing budget and show project ROI

· Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics

· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Visual and artistic ability; strong working knowledge of creative programs such as InDesign and Photoshop

· Relationships with top tier publications in the area.

· Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them

· Knowledge of marketing campaigns, including SEO

· Strong written language skills

· Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate feedback into marketing strategies

· Ability to manage budgets

· Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

· Meticulous attention to detail highly organized

· Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationships

· Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion
