Marketing Manager with 5+ years’ of integrated marketing experience within a professional services firm needed for a hybrid CONTRACT position with our client in Boston. Engagement is expected to last until the end of 2025. While this is a contract engagement, we could potentially offer full-time benefits for a candidate with the right experience. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a large consulting firm. Will develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, utilizing key channels such as email, PPC (search), organic and paid social media, PR, and content placement (both paid and earned).

Must haves:

- Experience developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies, utilizing key channels such as email, PPC (search), organic and paid social media, PR, and content placement (both paid and earned).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Digital service line marketing plans for the USA market. Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, utilizing key channels such as email, PPC (search), organic and paid social media, PR, and content placement (both paid and earned).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and field marketing teams to develop, produce, publish and market a broad range of content including white papers, videos, blogs and other content, including partnering with sector operations and knowledge management teams to draw out intellectual capital.
- Working with the Digital service line partners, lead the development of marketing plans for major thought leadership projects to achieve practice goals in terms of lead generation, brand development, and key client relationship building.
- Coordinate as needed across our Digital Center of Excellence, Content Center of Excellence, PR agency and other resources as needed to build and execute appropriate promotional plans (including email, digital marketing, and social media) for all Digital service lines and published content.
- As needed, work with Partners to support planning and management of proprietary and industry conferences and events including organizing sessions, negotiating sponsorship packages, and managing the production process of onsite and online marketing materials. Some travel required.
- Manage marketing budgets for the Digital service line.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Ensure sector marketing plans and all activities support the global marketing objectives and are aligned with brand standards, firm messaging and positioning and brand development.
- Collaborate with business development managers to identify opportunities to integrate marketing materials into business development priorities and programming, to ensure strong GTM collaboration between the two functions. Work with the BD team develop and track leads.
- Provide general marketing program management support across the enterprise as needed as it related to Digital solutions and services and provide ideas for improvement in marketing processes.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years’ integrated marketing experience in a professional services firm, Digital services firm, publishing firm, or marketing agency that focuses on the digital industry
- Ability to convert conceptual ideas and complex business concepts into compelling, marketable programs that support the firm’s and the sector’s goals
- Deep knowledge of digital content channels and concepts of content and thought leadership marketing, including lead generation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and lead multiple projects, with flawless execution that drives results and delivers to tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across the organization and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of a professional services firm culture and organization, as well as Digital service line domain expertise
- Excellent communications, organizational and presentation skills
- Maturity to maintain poise under pressure, advise senior executives and manage competing priorities
- Critical thinker, creative problem solver and with strong attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge of marketing technologies including Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, social media platforms and Google Analytics a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree in marketing or other related field a plus
