RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and take the lead in building relationships with partners to create a healthy pipeline of opportunities to support long-term revenue growth.
• Work with the factory CMS Marketing team to develop account strategies that balance customer needs and CMS business unit goals.
• Arrange meetings with customers, ecosystem partners and CMS Factory Marketing to explore business opportunities and understand customer’s technical requirements.
• Manage ongoing projects, including planning/executing/monitoring project activities, defining project scope, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align business and product strategy.
• Research, monitor and provide feedback on market, competition, technology trends relevant to CMS business and optimize strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field and with minimum 5+ years of experience in the technology industry.
• 3+ years of direct experience in DRAM business development, marketing, and customer relationship management.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration among marketing/sales, application, R&D, and product engineering teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills including willingness to work with cross-functional teams, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous and highly complex environments.
• Familiarity with SoC/MCU/MPU and advanced process nodes is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English, Mandarin preferred.
