Growth Marketing Specialist Job at Cypress HCM in San Francisco

Responsibilities:

• Design and launch campaigns across email, cold calling, webinars, events, content marketing, and more
• Define our brand’s voice that resonates with social marketers.
• Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and engineers—to prototype and roll out new features that drive measurable results.
• Add to the overall roadmap, champion best practices, and help shape our future in generative imagery and video.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of experience with a proven track record in driving traffic and leads.
• Demonstrated experience growing the marketing function 0-to-1 at a MarTech startup
• Comfortable working with an engineering team to drive solutions to help drive more leads
• Ability to translate customer frustrations and feedback heard by sales & CS into a clear brand message
• Experience marketing on both organic and paid social
• Comfortable taking initiative and independently driving efforts from concept to impact in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• $110k-$150k salary + equity
