VP of Sales & Marketing Location: Oneida County $Our client is a growing manufacturer seeking a dynamic leader to drive their sales and marketing efforts to the next level. The VP of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and expand market share. This leader will oversee all sales and marketing functions, including digital and traditional marketing, e-commerce, customer engagement, and business development. The role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in the company’s succession planning, with potential future leadership opportunities. Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals in sales, marketing, and customer service. Drive sales through direct-to-consumer channels, e-commerce platforms, and strategic partnerships. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce : Oversee online marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, paid advertising, and email campaigns. Market Analysis & Innovation : Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement strategies. Manage marketing and sales budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product development, operations, and executive leadership to align business goals. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. ~7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. ~ Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing successful marketing campaigns. ~ Strong expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer sales. ~ Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. ~ Passion for quality, sustainability, and American-made products.
