Must Haves:

• 7+ years of experience as a UX Researcher

Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing and conducting qualitative research activities through a human-centered process, as well as synthesizing insights. Solves problems requiring independent judgment, developing and applying new concepts and inclusive methodologies.

• Partner with SMEs, product and design teams to drive the research approach, process and deliverables.
• Design, moderate and facilitate research activities that elicit authentic behaviors and feedback.
• Lead synthesis of qualitative and quantitative insights and communicate findings.
• Champion human-centered research best practices including methods and measurement throughout the organization.
• Maintain consistent, rigorous and actionable consumer advocacy to fuel an inclusive, equity-centered design culture.
