Job Description
Our client is looking to fill an interesting and challenging position on its development team. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (UI / GraphQL), you are expected to contribute towards building applications, adhering to software development methodologies. This role is focused on hands-on development and delivery, which requires strong technical with active participation in architecture, design, and analysis activities.
This includes:
Providing mentoring to the team of developers with specific emphasis on sound fundamental development methodology in GraphQL/ RESTful API micro services development, building UI using HTML5, JavaScript, Angular tech stack.
Providing leadership on project development policies, procedures, standards, and strategies.
Participating in the team’s effort to improve the productivity and quality of the entire development process.

Rate: $55 - $75 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- 8 years of development experience with expertise in developing APIs and micro-services
- Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or related fields)
- You have Proven experience with GraphQL API development [preferable Apollo Graph QL]
- Strong experience using NodeJS as a UI backend.
- Familiarity with GraphQL API federation concepts.
- Hands-on experience building UI using HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript and Angular.
- You have experience in consuming and designing RESTful APIs and good knowledge of standard methodologies in API design.
- Strong understanding of REST API implementation, including Enterprise Authentication and Authorization models
- Excellent understanding of Java 11 or 17 capabilities, lambda, streams, and functional interfaces.
- Excellent understanding and working experience using spring modules, including IOC, MVC(Rest), BATCH, spring boot along with other core components like oauth2 and security.
- You have experience with test automation tools and frameworks e.g. JUnit, Jasmine, Cypress, Playwright, Jest and Storybook
- You have experience in designing and implementing container-based solutions, preferably Kubernetes on EKS or AKS
- You have Experience with Data Monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, Splunk
- Demonstrated experience of full Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development in an Agile environment.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
