Reporting directly to our Senior Director, Marketing, the Content Marketing & Communications Specialist is a critical part of the marketing team and will be responsible for driving more traffic to 1worldsync.com via engaging, informative and relevant content delivered across multiple channels. The Content Marketing & Communications Manager will lead editorial efforts, drive social engagement and play a key role in growing 1WorldSync's customer advocacy and thought leadership content marketing programs.

The Content Marketing & Communications Manager will lead editorial efforts, drive social engagement and play a key role in growing 1WorldSync's customer advocacy and thought leadership content marketing programs.
As Content Marketing & Communications Manager at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
- Develop a cohesive content strategy that drives brand awareness, organic traffic and demand
- Act as editorial lead for the 1WorldSync blog and resource center, managing the editorial calendar and production schedule
- Manage 1WorldSync's third-party content marketing contractor relationships
- Assist with corporate communications and PR initiatives, including the drafting, editing and publication of news wire releases
- Draft and schedule messages for all social media content, ensuring quality control (and attention to potential cultural and political sensitivities)
- Produce and edit engaging short format video content for use on social media and 1WorldSync websites
- Engage internal stakeholders and subject matter experts for messaging and topic gathering
- Develop new thought leadership content that propels 1WorldSync's name and brand
- Serve as lead copy editor for the marketing team, assuring clean and concise writing across all marketing channels
- Interview customers and draft case studies
- Develop internal and external communications to 1WorldSync customers and employees including newsletters, invitations to customer events, and industry groups
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional partners and as part of an integrated marketing team
- Report against content marketing and social media KPIs, as defined by marketing leadership
- Manage employee social media advocacy platform, driving ongoing engagement and participation
- Develop a roadmap for the social media program based on data and insights and oversee implementation and measurement as it rolls out
- Collaborate with SEO agency to ensure organic traffic growth across the corporate website and blog
- Serve as consultant to internal departments and helping executives build their social media influence
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years relevant experience in marketing communications, public relations and/or a related field including research, advertising, management consulting, media or publishing
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university
- Expert storytelling skills across media - blogging, social, video
- Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills
- Ability to adapt a communication style depending on audience while maintaining a professional and credible demeanor
- Intermediate to proficient video editing skills
- Experience working with graphic design team
- Superb project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate purpose and importance of both corporate and team goals and monitor activities to ensure goal fulfillment
- High level of initiative and self-motivation; entrepreneurial
- Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Pardot, etc.) a plus
- Capacity to manage professional objectives along with marketing goals A passion for building great products in a team environment
- Experience with, and enthusiasm to work for B2B technology brands
- Proven ability to consistently make sounds judgments and solve problems in a collaborative way
Compensation:
- $70,000 - $80,000 base salary.
- This role is eligible for an annual discretionary corporate bonus.
- Candidates can expect salary offers that range from the minimum to the midpoint of the salary range.
