You will work directly with our clients and the Two Trees executive team to produce high-quality deliverables such as short-form video reels, engaging blog posts, scroll-stopping social media graphics, email marketing campaigns, and landing pages that convert.Success in this role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. Youll have the opportunity to work across multiple industries, shaping content strategies that not only strengthen brand presence but also achieve tangible business objectivesboth for our clients and for our internal brands.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Content Creation & EditingFilm, edit, and produce short reel-style videos for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to plan content shoots, storyboard ideas, and capture on-brand footage.Stay up-to-date with video marketing trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.Written Content DevelopmentResearch, write, and publish engaging blog posts, articles, and case studies that resonate with target audiences.Ensure all copy follows brand guidelines and is optimized for SEO best practices.Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce thought leadership pieces that elevate the Two Trees PPC brand.Social Media & Static CreativeDesign eye-catching graphics and static posts for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.Schedule, optimize, and manage social media content calendars.Monitor social engagement, track metrics, and suggest improvements based on performance data.Email MarketingPlan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, promotional sends) using email marketing platforms.Write compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions.Segment audiences and personalize messaging for maximum impact.Landing Pages & Conversion OptimizationDevelop and maintain landing pages that align with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and UX best practices.Conduct A/B testing to optimize design, copy, and user flow for lead generation and sales.Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless site functionality.Strategic Planning & CollaborationWork closely with Account Managers and the Two Trees executive team to align content strategies with broader marketing goals.Conduct content audits and develop editorial calendars that reflect brand voice and business objectives.Use analytics tools to measure content performance, generate insights, and refine strategies accordingly.Brand & Community BuildingDevelop personal brand content strategies for Two Trees PPCs executive team to position them as industry thought leaders.Engage with followers, reply to comments, and foster positive online communities around each brand.Identify opportunities to amplify messages via influencer collaborations, guest blogging, or partnerships.Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).2-4 years of hands-on content marketing experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.Technical Skills:Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, etc.).Experience with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot CMS) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).Marketing & Copywriting Acumen:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.Solid understanding of marketing funnels and conversion tactics.Ability to create engaging, on-brand messaging tailored to diverse audiences and platforms.Project Management & Collaboration:Capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.Highly organized with strong time-management skills.Team player with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and with clients.Analytical Mindset:Comfortable analyzing data from Google Analytics, social media insights, and email performance reports.Able to draw actionable conclusions and pivot strategies based on campaign performance.Personal Attributes:Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Adaptable, eager to learn, and passionate about staying on the cutting edge of content marketing trends.Creative thinker who can balance brand consistency with innovative storytelling.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth, ongoing learning, and career advancement.A supportive, collaborative work culture that values creativity and results.Chance to work with a diverse range of clients and exciting brands.Access to professional equipment and software to help you succeed in your role.Fun work trips
