About the Role:

The Workforce and Community Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency and community engagement of IndyGo in Indianapolis. This position is responsible for developing and implementing workforce strategies that align with organizational goals while fostering a positive work environment. The manager will also engage with local communities to build partnerships that support workforce development and promote our services. By analyzing workforce trends and community needs, the manager will ensure that our staffing levels meet operational demands while also addressing the needs of the local population. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in workforce management or community engagement.

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the transportation and warehousing industry.
