This pivotal role involves shaping and leading our marketing organization while focusing on our future franchise and potential follow-on molecules. The successful candidate will be integral to the company's transition into a fully integrated, commercial-stage biopharma entity. This leadership position requires a strong commitment to collaboration with the sales team, interactions with key customers, and participation in industry meetings. Qualifications include a BS/BA in business or a related discipline, with an MBA being strongly preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Candidates must have a background in Immunology & Inflammation (I&I) with proven launch experience, particularly in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). The ideal candidate will exhibit a proven track record in competitive markets, will effectively build and lead high-performing teams, and possess a deep understanding of commercial functions. Strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and excellent communication abilities are essential to influence cross-functional teams.
