About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing Campaigns to lead the development and execution of direct marketing programs that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. This senior management role is focused on optimizing the customer journey across various lifecycle phases, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, retention, and win-back. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from strategy to implementation, and will be expected to have a strong background in audience-based marketing across multiple channels. A key aspect of the role is to be a subject matter expert in data sources for marketing, and to use this expertise to select and adjust target audiences for maximum impact. The VP will also be accountable for the full-funnel results of the campaigns, including profitability and vintage analysis, and must be comfortable with the associated responsibilities. Applicants for the VP of Marketing Campaigns position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record in direct marketing, and at least 4 years' of experience in managing marketing staff. Experience in the retail financial services industry or a similar regulated sector is essential. The role requires a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple team members and complex processes. The VP will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation and must adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines. The position also involves mentoring a team of marketing professionals and leading special projects as assigned.
