This role is pivotal in shaping our brand, voice, and market presence. We seek a strategic thinker with a strong execution capability, deeply experienced in enterprise B2B marketing, particularly within startup environments. If you have a history of success in top-tier consulting firms or hold an MBA from a prestigious institution, we encourage you to apply. The Director of Marketing will take ownership of our go-to-market strategies, define key messaging for our products and solutions, and manage the creation of diverse marketing content. You will lead campaign execution, strengthen sales enablement efforts, and collaborate across internal teams to ensure that our marketing initiatives align seamlessly with business objectives. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA highly preferred, along with at least 10 years of demonstrated experience in marketing strategy and operations, particularly in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or technology sectors. This role requires candidate proficiency in budget management, exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and solid project management experience. We are looking for someone who excels at leading go-to-market strategies that yield measurable business outcomes and who can thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Previous experience in a startup setting is a significant plus.
