The successful candidate will be a proactive and highly motivated leader with a comprehensive understanding of marketing, communications, government relations, and industry engagement, particularly within the federal contracting sector. Responsibilities for this key leadership position include developing and executing marketing strategies, directing branding initiatives, and leading government relations efforts to advocate for policies that support the company's objectives. The role also involves utilizing advanced analytics tools, digital marketing, and social media to enhance the company's visibility and reputation. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, government relations, and industry engagement, with a focus on federal contracting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in branding, full lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing, as well as in-depth knowledge of federal contracting processes and regulations. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving impact and influencing policy, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of messaging and branding across all communication channels.
