About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Government Relations to lead the strategic elevation of its brand portfolio, foster relationships with senior government stakeholders, and drive company growth. The successful candidate will be a proactive and highly motivated leader with a comprehensive understanding of marketing, communications, government relations, and industry engagement, particularly within the federal contracting sector. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, government relations, and industry engagement, with a focus on federal contracting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in branding, full lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing, as well as in-depth knowledge of federal contracting processes and regulations. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving impact and influencing policy, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of messaging and branding across all communication channels.
