Estimated Duration:3 Years Job Description / Desired Qualifications: A Project Manager with 5 to 15 years experiences in leading and managing complex projects. In this senior role, the PM will provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery. The PM will work with both clients and staff to deliver customized products, implement enterprise GIS (Geographic Information Systems) solutions, manage multiple projects, build client relationships, and support business development initiatives. The candidate must possess excellent problem-solving capabilities, prior Project Manager experience in the implementation of GIS or technology solutions, and the ability to work with a team of GIS resources. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, overseeing the efficient allocation of resources. Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to proactively address project challenges. Monitor and control project progress, maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular reports to executive management. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals. Apply advanced project management methodologies, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement strategies. Mentor and coach project management teams, sharing industry expertise and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, GIS, business, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects. Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and software. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and lead multidisciplinary project teams. Strong experience in managing projects that impact organizational strategies. Certifications: Project management certification (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) is required. Advanced certifications and specializations are highly preferred Preferred Requirements: Utility or Pipeline experience
