Identify and engage stakeholders and conduct needs assessments. Identify changes to address through training and communications. Create a robust communication plan with clear objectives, audience, channels, cadence, feedback loop, and measures of effectiveness. Collaborate with teams and key stakeholders to understand key messages and create appropriate communications. Coordinate with Employee Communications for publication support. Experience Required Working with an IT organization, communicating technical instructions/information Self-starter, highly motivated, team player, and able to work independently with minimal guidance. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly messaging. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening. Strong facilitation, presentation, and collaboration skills. Marketing and marketing communications expertise.
