In the User Experience Strategy & Insights Manage position, you'll drive the evolution of our UX strategy, leveraging AI-powered insights to create seamless, intuitive, and accessible user experiences. You'll collaborate across teams to translate data-driven research into impactful, customer-centric strategies that enhance engagement, usability, and personalization across digital platforms.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's UX strategy across all customer touchpoints.

  • Ensure a cohesive UX design framework that enhances usability, accessibility, and engagement across digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and creative teams to craft data-informed UX strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Leverage AI-powered analytics to optimize user flows and drive personalization.

  • Conduct user research initiatives, including AI-driven sentiment analysis and predictive modeling, to understand behaviors, pain points, and preferences.

  • Partner with AI/data science teams to refine UX strategies and enhance digital experiences through intelligent automation.

  • Advocate for a user-first mindset and champion usability best practices across teams.

  • Align UX efforts with key business KPIs to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in UX strategy, user research, or experience design roles at scale.

  • Proven experience using AI to enhance UX outcomes and drive business value.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies, user-centered designs, and strategic impact.

  • Expertise in UX research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral analytics.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leadership and drive UX adoption.

Additional Items of Interest:

  • Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, or technology-driven industries.

  • Background in content strategy, AI-driven user interactions, or digital accessibility.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and automation platforms.
