About this opportunity
PAM Transport is looking for service writer applicants with experience in customer service and fleet maintenance to take our shop communication to the next level.
Pay and Schedule
- Monday - Friday 3:30 to 12am
- Pay $36 + Night Shift Differential

- Applicant must have at least one year of experience as an automotive or fleet Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant
- Greet and assist every customer in a timely, friendly manner, while collecting vital vehicle information to help technicians provide a quick and quality diagnosis.

- Coordinates activities to ensure repair work is fixed right the first time and completed on time.
- Answers incoming telephone calls and emails promptly, courteously, and makes every effort to satisfy the requested inquiry.
- Keep drivers and operations informed of require services and completion times.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize work tasks and respond to driver's needs in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail and work order management, parts billing and retrieval for technicians. Warranty retention and organization.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge using AS400 (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
