Location/TimeZone (On-site/hybrid): Hybrid - NYC Office (1515 Broadway) - in office on Tuesdays & Thursdays, flexible Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM EST

Main Responsibilities • Manage and support weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting needs with partners. • Streamlining agendas, presentations, and recaps across internal senior leadership team and partners from outside organizations. • Support Director on marketing campaigns and promotions for Paramount+ partners. • Lead all asset management from ticket development to creative review, working closely with Creative and Project Management teams • Facilitate asset gathering (style guides, digital assets, reference material, etc.) from partners and ensuring organized delivery to partner teams, in a timely manner. • Support Partnership Marketing team with event post-mortems and recap presentations. • Help identify, develop and recommend new marketing tactics and opportunities to drive engagement and success within current third-party partnerships. • Route, socialize and gain alignment cross-team on all marketing collateral for Off-Device Partnership initiatives. - Project Management, Organization, Communication, Partner Management, Familiarity with Marketing/Creative Deliveries & Asset Creation, Data Analysis on Marketing Campaigns/Advertising, Detail-Oriented

Nice to Have: - Familiarity with Airtable, JIRA - Partner or client-facing experience - Design or Creative management experience - Past experience or employment at *** or one of its companies - Familiarity with product marketing/promotion codes and/or previous offer process flows

Support VP and Manager on marketing campaigns and promotions for key Paramount+ partners. - Lead external partner communications on daily basis serving as POC for marketing campaigns - Manage and support weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting needs with partners by streamlining agendas, presentations, and recaps across internal senior leadership team and partners from outside organizations. - Lead all asset management from ticket development to creative review, working closely with Creative and Project Management teams - Facilitate asset gathering (style guides, digital assets, reference material, etc.) from partners and ensuring organized delivery to partner teams, in a timely manner. - Support Partnership Marketing team with event post-mortems and recap presentations. - Help identify, develop and recommend new marketing tactics and opportunities to drive engagement and success within current third-party partnerships. - Route, socialize and gain alignment cross-team on all marketing collateral for key initiatives.
