The UHS Corporate Advertising Department is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct final proofreading/review of printed and online deliverables to ensure creative is accurate, consistent and compliant with quality, legal and regulatory guidelines, U.S. preventive task force screening guidelines and company standards.

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years' experience in a corporate Quality Assurance role.

The UHS Corporate Advertising Department is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct final proofreading/review of printed and online deliverables to ensure creative is accurate, consistent and compliant with quality, legal and regulatory guidelines, U.S. preventive task force screening guidelines and company standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Performs quality review of all digital (websites, e-blasts, SEO blogs, digital health news, etc.) and print assets (advertisements, brochure, direct mail, etc.) produced by the internal Agency, ensuring grammatical correctness, accuracy and legal compliance, including disclaimers, links, footnotes and proper consents where needed
- Ensure all facts and statistics are appropriately sourced. Flag inconsistencies providing instruction for resolution, consulting with subject matter experts and legal team, as needed
- Audit websites on an ongoing basis to ensure information is current, consistent and meets standards
- Stay informed of ever-changing legal/compliance guidelines
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years' experience in a corporate Quality Assurance role.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, U.S. Preventive Task Force, , Physician advertising regulations and industry regulations/standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AP style
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Understanding of healthcare space, service lines, conditions
- Excellent grammar, communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely deadline-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to provide clear communication and direction when conveying edits to internal team and field
- Familiar with Siteimprove and prior experience with Workfront project management software, preferred
