Family owned and operated for 75+ years, Capital City Awning designs, manufactures and installs a variety of shade protection products. We are looking for an awesome Design & Sales Rep to join our team and serve our customers! The Ideal Candidate: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative and curious with a desire to solve problems Enjoys being around people and meeting with customers Comfortable with a tape measure and a 4ft step ladder Strong attention to detail and organization skills Reliable vehicle to travel to customer appointments The Job: Part Design, part Sales and part Project Management Entry level position, no knowledge of awnings required Creating custom solutions for weather and sun protection with a combination of canvas and welded materials Building and maintaining a positive relationship with our customers and our partners Interacting with a vibrant group of customers and coworkers from all different backgrounds What We Offer: Consistent Monday - Friday schedule Fun work environment Competitive compensation, paid weekly Uncapped commission Paid mileage Opportunities for growth
