Seeking a Women's Outerwear Technical Designer to work for a great fashion company in NYC. As a Technical Designer, you will be involved in creating detailed technical specifications, garment construction and fit, tech packs, and team collaboration. Focus within outerwear, activewear, and swim!
Responsibilities
-Develop tech packs; measurements, packaging care, detailed sketches, grading.
-Garment fittings
-Samples; involved in samples from start to finish
-Ensure quality is up to par with company's standards
Qualifications:
-Bachelors in Technical Design or Fashion Design
-3+ years experience as a technical designer within men's apparel (outerwear, athleticwear, swim)
-Technical Skills - Adobe Illustrator, CAD software
